Individual Psychotherapy

At Steps to Progress, we offer psychotherapy services aimed at helping clients achieve their mental health goals.
Individual Psychotherapy can include a variety of different flavours. For example, everyone has a favourite flavour of ice cream. Therapists use different flavours in their practice and hope that some of the flavours that they have are suited to the client. Some of these flavours could be Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, EMDR, Sex therapy, Solution Focused etc.
What is important is that you have an open conversation with your therapists to determine what works best for you while being open to trying new things at the same time.
